All contestants must check in at the registration/information table under the pavilion and pick up their packet. This will ensure you have arrived and have a copy of all coggins papers for those that brought horses. Please bring a copy of all coggins on any horse brought onto the premises.

ALL contestants must submit a copy of the birth certificate when entering either from the link(above youth rodeo minors release) on entry or via email to info@tvefair.com or fax to 936-336-5192.

Entering in the TVE Youth Rodeo gives the TVE Youth Rodeo permission to publish the contestant and/or contestants family's pictures on tvefair.com, TVE Facebook page, local newspapers as well as any other TVE media.
