It shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor, parent/guardian, Advisor, Club manager and Extension office personnel to read and abide by existing and new rules and guildlines.
All entries must be entered online at tve.fairwire.com. Entries will remain open until Midnight the Wednesday before tag in to avoid a late fee. All entries entered after this date will be subject to a 35.00 late fee on top of the entry fee per animal. All exhibitors that have not signed up before they get to tag in will have to get out of line , complete the entry and get back in line. This will keep the line moving.
Please note that you must pay an entry fee for each animal that you would like to tag in. Example: If you have 3 heifers under one kids name you must enter and pay 3 entry fees in order to get tags for each animal. In order for a kid to show an animal they must have an animal tagged in their name to be eligible. Example: 3 kids in a family and 3 animals- each must have an animal in their name to be eligible, these can be family tagged and can be shown by any of the kids in the plan.
2024 Commercial heifer show will be divided into 2 divisions :
1. American
2. All other breeds
We will classify these heifers at Oct. weigh in and then divide the classes into these divisions.
There will be a Grand & Reserve Champion All Other Breeds &
Grand & Reserve Champion American.
All four will sell in the Champion portion of our Youth Auction: We will sell 30 heifers total.
All heifers must have Bangs Vaccination at tag in in May
All In County heifers must turn in an affidavit by midnight Wednesday before tag in to be eligible for In County Award- No Exceptions. Printable forms are located at the bottom of the page. Must be signed by the breeder with their contact number in case we need to verify info. Must be uploaded to the drop box link at bottom of page. No hand delivered forms will be accepted and none after the deadline.
Must weigh between 400-800 lbs. at tag in
