REQUIRED:
A copy of birth certificate is required and can be scanned in when entering or it can be emailed to info@tvefair.com or faxed 936-336-5192. All entries without a birth certificate will NOT be entered until it is received. Any certificates not received by deadline will be ineligible to participate.
This information must be received in the office by 9/15 by 4:00 pm.

All contestants must check in at the registration/information table under the pavilion and pick up their packet. Please bring all coggins papers on any horse brought on premise to check in table, do not send these in. This will ensure you have arrived so we can check you on our list.
Entering in the TVE YR gives the TVE YR permission to publish the contestant and/or contestant’s family's pictures on tvefair.com, TVE Facebook page, local newspapers as well as any TVE media.
