• Entry Deadline: July 8, 2026 at 11:55 PM (avoid late fees by entering early!)
• Tag-In: July 11, 2026, 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Tack Move-In/Stall Set Up: October 16, 2026, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Move-In & Weigh-In: October 20, 2026, 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM
• Market Goat Show: October 20, 2026, 1:00 PM
• Deadline for Auction Changes/Freezer Sale Sign-Up: October 21, 2026, 5:30 PM
• Youth Auction: October 23, 2026, 12:00 PM
• Freezer Sale: October 24, 2026, 10:00 AM (Under Pavilion)

Entry & Participation Guidelines

• All entries must be submitted online at tve.fairwire.com.
• Each animal must be entered separately—no group entries.
• Late entries incur a $35 fee after the standard deadline.
• No refunds available for any reason.
• Paperwork for animals not kept at your residence must be uploaded via the provided Dropbox link.
• All participants must review and abide by the rules and regulations, which are subject to change as needed.
