• Entry Deadline: May 13, 2026 by 11:55 PM (avoid late fees by entering on time!)
• Tag In: May 16, 2026 | 6:30 AM – 10:00 AM at TVE Fairgrounds
• Tack Move In / Stall Set Up: October 16, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Move In Market Steers: October 18, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Market Steer Weigh In: October 18, 2026 | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM (minimum 1000 lbs. required)
• Market Steer Show: October 21, 2026 | 9:00 AM
• Deadline to Remove from Auction/Freezer Sale Signup: October 21, 2026 | 5:30 PM
• Youth Auction: October 23, 2026 | 12:00 PM
• Freezer Sale: October 24, 2026 | 10:00 AM (Under Pavilion)

Important Guidelines

• All entries must be made online at tve.fairwire.com..
• All steers must be castrated at tag in and meet the minimum weight of 1000 lbs. at official weigh in in October.
• For In County Award eligibility, affidavits must be submitted online before the tag in deadline.
• Printable forms and additional requirements are available at the bottom of the event page.
