Become a Vendor at TVE Fair

If you're interested in joining TVE Fair as a vendor in 2026, please note that participation will be by invitation only. To be considered, fill out the vendor application and send it to info@tvefair.com with "waiting" at the top. Attaching photos to your application is encouraged to help us get to know your offerings better.

Important Information for Prospective Vendors

• All applications will be reviewed, and notifications will be sent as soon as possible. Our goal is to confirm vendor spots by the end of July so you have ample time to prepare for the October event.
• Move-in schedules for vendors will be communicated as the event approaches.
• Hours of operation for expo hall vendors:
  • Tuesday, Oct 20: 3:00pm–11:00pm
  • Wednesday, Oct 21: 10:00am–11:00pm
  • Thursday, Oct 22: 3:00pm–11:00pm
  • Friday, Oct 23: 3:00pm–11:00pm
  • Saturday, Oct 24: 10:00am–11:00pm
  • Sunday, Oct 25: Move out 8:00am–Noon
  • Food vendors must be open at these times but may be open earlier or later due to people on the grounds all day.

All event details are subject to change by the Vendor Committee chairman as needed.
