• Entry Deadline: July 8, 2026 (Late fee applies after this date)
• Market Lamb Tag In: July 11, 2026, 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM at TVE Fairgrounds
• Tack Move in/Stall Set Up: October 16, 2026, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Move in/weigh in Lambs: October 20, 2026, 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM
• Market Lamb Show: October 20, 2026, 9:30 AM
• Deadline for removal from youth auction or sign up for freezer sale: October 21, 2026, 5:30 PM
• Youth Auction: October 23, 2026, 12:00 AM
• Freezer Sale: October 24, 2026, 10:00 AM (Under Pavilion)

Entry Guidelines

• All entries must be completed online at tve.fairwire.com.
• Each animal must be entered separately and have a paid entry fee.
• Late entries are accepted on tag-in day for an additional fee of $35.00.
• Off-premise forms must be uploaded online; no hand-delivered paperwork accepted.
• Please review all rules and regulations before entering. No refunds for any reason.
