Important Dates and Deadlines

• Entry Deadline: July 8, 2026 at 11:55 PM (late fee applies after this time)
• Market Swine Tag In: July 11, 2026, 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM at TVE Fairgrounds
• Tack Move in/Stall Set Up: October 17, 2026, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Market Swine Check In / Weigh In: October 18, 2026, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM (all pigs will weigh off the trailer)
• Market Swine Show: October 19, 2026, 5:30 PM
• Deadline for removal from Youth Auction: October 21, 2026, 5:30 PM
• Deadline to sign up for freezer sale: October 21, 2026, 5:30 PM (no removal once signed up)
• Youth Auction: October 23, 2026, 10:00 AM

Entry Guidelines

• All entries must be submitted online at tve.fairwire.com.
• Entries" are accepted until midnight the Wednesday before tag in without a late fee.
• Late entries are subject to a $35.00 fee.
• Each animal must be signed up individually and an entry fee paid for each.
• No refunds for any reason.

Event Details

• Swine weights: 210-280 lbs (10 lb. tolerance).
• All exhibitors, parents, advisors, and club leaders must read and abide by all rules and guidelines.
• Off Premise forms (if animal is not kept at your residence) must be emailed or faxed—no hand deliveries accepted.
